Nature and aim of the position

This position involves supporting international customers during the Tax Free refund process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. It also includes hostessing duties such as welcoming clients, assisting with basic operational tasks, and contributing to the overall quality of customer service.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Welcome and assist international customers during the Tax Free refund process, providing clear and helpful information;
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience, with attention to courtesy and professionalism;
• Support daily operations by reporting any issues or irregularities;
• Follow company guidelines and procedures, as well as those shared with commercial partners;

Reporting and collaboration

• Reporting line: Issuing & Refund Coordinator

Specific skills and knowledge

• Must be fluent in English
• Other helpful languages in order of relevance: Chinese, Russian, Arabic
• Must be dedicated to service and customer satisfaction
• Must have a clean criminal record
• Must be a good team player
• Previous working experience is a plus
