Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and escorting VIP passengers
- Providing support with airport formalities (security, passport control, customs)
- Coordinating with operational supervision and airport authorities
- Handling special requests and delivering personalized assistance
- Maintain lounge cleanliness and organization, ensure buffet areas are fully stocked, and promptly report any maintenance or service issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
- with professionalism and composure
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Availability to work shifts
- Eligibility for issuance of an airport ID badge (no pending criminal charges)
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury environments, or the airport sector preferred, with proven ability to manage high-profile or demanding guests.
