Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting for a Host/Hostess to join Casa Brera, the place to be in Milan, where an authentic and modern team craft unique experiences that connect our guests with Milanese heritage in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Reporting to the F&B Outlet Manager, the role will be responsible for the coordination of tasks related to the F&B service for the rooftop restaurant Etereo.

  • This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
  • The starting date is end of January/beginning of February.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the first point of contact and ambassador of the hotel and its F&B venues, delivering a warm, genuine, and professional welcome to every guest.
  • Manage reservation systems, respond promptly to incoming calls and emails, and handle special requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure smooth guest flow in the dining venues, monitor seating capacity, and provide precise wait-time estimates to optimize the guest journey.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, following Standard Operating Procedures and using company systems to document and resolve issues.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of menus, daily offerings, and hotel services to confidently guide and inform guests.
  • Work closely with F&B and Culinary teams to uphold flawless coordination, service standards, and the overall quality of the guest experience.
  • Follow all brand, hotel, and department Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring consistency with The Luxury Collection identity and Marriott International guidelines.
  • Adhere to health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies, maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Support the overall service ambiance by maintaining lobby and entrance presentation, ensuring the space reflects the elegance and storytelling of the brand.
  • Uphold quality assurance expectations, contributing to guest satisfaction scores and overall operational excellence.

What you’ll need:

  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian and English languages.
  • An excellent verbal manner and proven customer service skills.
  • Positive outlook and dependability.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
