WELCOME/HOSPITALITY STAFF
to join the Randstad talent pool for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games!
Job Offer: Fixed-term contract
Work Location: Milano
Work Schedule: Full time
What will you be doing?
By joining the Randstad talent pool for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games , you will have the opportunity to experience the excitement of the Games and showcase your potential.
As Welcome/Hospitality Staff , you will be responsible for managing client-facing hospitality and reception operations. Specifically, your tasks will include:
guest reception and management: welcoming and assisting Korean managers arriving in Milan to follow the Games.
logistical and administrative support: providing operational support for the management of daily activities.
transportation optimization: researching and verifying the most efficient routes to reach various locations.
schedule management: Organizing the managers' agendas, including service and venue bookings.
What are the requirements we are looking for?
Fluent English and Korean are required (minimum B2 level). Italian knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory;
Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills;
Customer-oriented approach;
Proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
