Hospitality Assistant

We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Hospitality Assistant to join our team in Milan and support the smooth running of our guest-facing operations. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything related to the visitor experience flows effortlessly - from coordinating meeting spaces to creating a warm, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest services and visitor coordination: welcome and assist all clients, partners, and suppliers, recording access and accompanying guests to their designated rooms.
• Meeting room management: preparation of meeting rooms, organization of supplies, and maintaining tidy welcoming areas.
• Common areas management: ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of shared spaces across all floors (terrace, kitchenette, restrooms, and circulation areas), including coordination of restocking activities.

What You Have

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar role
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• A professional, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adjust working hours when needed to support daily business needs
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 24.000 and € 28.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
