As Field Coordinator for Home Entertainment business, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the field operations across retail touchpoints by managing promoters, vendors, and budgets to ensure efficient execution and strong return on investment.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure sell-out and product visibility across all sales points, including non-panel stores, to meet targets.
- Optimize retail panel coverage through agency coordination.
- Collect and analyze sell-out data and market insights to support channel intelligence and strategic decisions.
- Monitor store performance using KPIs;
identify gaps and implement corrective actions. - Act as main contact for external agencies managing promoters and merchandisers;
ensure alignment on goals and performance. - Evaluate agency deliverables and promoter/merchandiser performance;
drive improvement plans. - Manage field operations budget, including POs, quotes, and expense tracking.
- Maintain project timelines and Gantt charts for smooth execution.
- Track ROI of field marketing activities to optimize investments.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Supervise product distribution across online and offline retail touchpoints.
- Coordinate accessory logistics, damage reporting, and after-sales support.
- Ensure documentation compliance (e.G., COAD evidence, agency reports).
What You Must Have
- 3-5 years experience in field sales, sales, or customer management
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing and Communication, or equivalent
- Analytical skills, ability to analyze complex data to support strategic decision-making
- Proven experience managing external teams and collaborators
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Data-driven mindset, ability to use data to improve sales and marketing performance
- Knowledge and experience in consumer Electronics (CE), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Luxury
- Willingness to travel:
minimum 50% of working time
Nice If You Have
- Software skills:
knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Qlik, or similar data visualization and reporting tools - Leadership and communication skills:
ability to motivate and lead teams, strong interpersonal communication - Experience in creating and conducting training sessions for teams or clients on products pf the assigned category
- Technological inclination and interest and aptitude for innovative technological solutions and digitalization
- Visual merchandising and knowledge of best practices for in-store product display
