About the Role:
Job Title – Helpdesk Support
Location – Bari, Italy
Mode of Work – Onsite (5 Days Onsite Per Week)
Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Contract / B2B Contract
Project Duration – 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Mandatory Skills:
IT Service desk Experience working in ServiceNow proficient in English and Italian
Skills : Jira Service Desk, Service Desk, Windows Server
Job Details:
- Min 1 Years of Experience in IT Service desk
- Excellent communications skills
- Knowledge in Active Directory Office365 Windows client troubleshooting Network Monitoring tools
- Excellent ITIL knowledge
- Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting
- Should be proficient in English and Italian
