- Experience working in ServiceNow
- Proficient in English and Italian
- Jira
- Service Desk
- Windows Server
Job Details :
- Min 1 Years of Experience in IT Service desk
- Excellent communications skills
- Knowledge in Active Directory, Office365, Windows client troubleshooting, Network Monitoring tools
- Excellent ITIL knowledge
- Work experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Reporting
- Should be proficient in English and Italian
