To strengthen its

IT

team, Zenith Global is seeking an

Help Desk Specialist

to provide technical support to all employees and ensure the efficient operation of the company's IT services.

Key Responsabilities: Manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware and software issues. Install and configure laptops and smartphones for new and existing employees. Support the installation and configuration of workstations, networks, printers, and other peripherals. Monitor system performance and apply software patches and updates. Deliver high-quality back-office IT support to meet the needs of internal users. Configure and manage VPN connections. Train and support end users in the effective use of software and technology. Assist the IT team with infrastructure management and the resolution of technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of Windows Client and Windows Server operating systems, as well as end-user productivity applications (Microsoft Office, email clients, web browsers, Adobe Acrobat, etc.). Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP), firewalls, and core network services. Good knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365. Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Entra ID). Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. Experience configuring Microsoft Outlook email accounts and troubleshooting related issues. Experience using IT ticketing and service management tools. Previous experience in a similar IT Help Desk role. Good command of the English language. Strong problem-solving abilities. Analytical mindset. Customer- and user-oriented approach. Team player with excellent collaboration skills. Willingness and flexibility to independently learn new technologies.
