Help Desk – Metallurgical Multinational
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join a leading multinational company in the metallurgical sector.
Responsibilities
- L1 helpdesk support (device setup, account creation, password resets, remote support)
- Basic networking diagnostics (ping, ipconfig, cable testing)
- Basic router/switch configuration
- SharePoint management (folders, permissions, roles)
- Coordination with IT vendors
- Team collaboration & problem solving
Requirements
- Experience in L1 IT support
- Basic networking and hardware skills
- SharePoint knowledge
- English (good level)
- Teamwork attitude and proactivity
