Healthcare Recruiter

Affirm Data is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top healthcare talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will utilize multiple sourcing strategies and develop strong relationships with candidates to facilitate the hiring process. This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruiting process. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify active and passive candidates through various sourcing techniques (social media, networking, and job boards)
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations of candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
• Actively participate in recruitment fairs and networking events
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role
• In‑depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and staffing needs
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified Recruitment Professional (e.g., CHRP, AIRS)
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues in healthcare recruitment
• Experience with healthcare technology trends or staffing
