Healthcare Consultant Engineer

Healthcare Consultant Engineer YBP's Healthcare Consultant Engineer leverages analytical expertise to transform qualitative and quantitative data into strategic insights.  They conduct research, manage databases, design and measure processes and support decision-making processes through data-driven analyses, ensuring organizations gain actionable insights to enhance their strategies. 
Key Responsibilities:  - Conducting quantitative research on relevant project topics - Managing and structuring databases  - Participating in strategic discussions and workshops  - Developing business cases and analyzing economic and financial data  - Extracting and translating insights into strategic recommendations 
External Relations:  - Project stakeholders, when necessary for project outcomes 
Internal Relations:  - All YBP roles involved in the project  - All partners 
Mission:  - Extract actionable insights from data to drive strategic decisions 
Requirements:  - 2/3 Years of experience in Consultancy Companies or Hospital, or others Healthcare Settings  - English Fluent  - Italian Fluent  - Team worker and individual contributor with a great desire to improve the Healthcare system   Work Contract: Full-time permanent contract
