Health Safety Specialist

The following are some key components to this role:

• Safety Compliance : Assist the HSE team in maintaining compliance with Italian health and safety regulations.
• Documentation Management : Help organize and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
• Safety Equipment Management : Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules).
• Training Coordination : Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications.
• Reporting and Presentation : Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.
• Risk Identification : Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks.
