We are currently looking for an intern to join our
Health Economics
team in
Milan .
As an intern with IQVIA, you will actively participate in/support the development and delivery of
Health Economics studies
to help pharmaceutical companies communicate the value of their innovations to stakeholders by quantifying the economic and clinical outcomes of medical technology.
Activities Under supervision, you will be involved in the following activities:
Literature review to source the required inputs to projects
Adaptation and development of health economics analyses (e.g. budget impact analyses, cost/effectiveness analyses, cost of illness studies, etc.)
Development and communication of HE analyses to clients
Perform statistical analysis on IQVIA proprietary and third-party data and communicate results through scientific publications and posters
Desired Skills & Qualifications
MSc degree in Economics, Health Economics, Econometrics, Statistics/Biostatistics or any other related field with a quantitative background
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Italian and English (both oral and written)
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPoint
Fundamentals of health economics are highly preferred
Ability to work in team
Good planning, time-management and organizational skills
Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and attention to details
Internship duration: six months

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €25,600.00 - €38,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
