Workplace Safety and Compliance Specialist
About the Role: We're seeking a motivated HSE Administrator Intern to join our International Health, Safety & Environment team.
We're a global online delivery platform that empowers everyday convenience. Whether it's a Friday-night feast or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects customers with restaurant, grocery, and convenience partners across the globe.
In this role, you'll support daily activities ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations. You'll work closely with our Senior Operations Project Manager to achieve this goal.
- Help organize and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
- Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules).
- Participate in safety walks and inspections to identify potential risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is highly valued.
