Health and Environmental Compliance Officer

Job Description:

This role supports the Health, Safety & Environment team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.

• Safety Compliance Specialist
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training, equipment checks and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate employee certifications, track progress and prepare reports following audits or inspections
• Participate in risk assessments and identify potential hazards to support a safe working environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of safety awareness among employees

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance
• Organize and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists and reports
• Monitor and manage safety equipment (inventory, checks and maintenance schedules)
• Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications
• Prepare reports, presentations and summaries following audits or inspections
• Participate in risk assessments and identify potential hazards to support a safe working environment
• Collaborate with local teams to actively promote a safety culture and awareness among employees
