Role Overview
As the Head Waiter for the upcoming summer season, you will lead our dining team in providing an atmosphere of refined alpine elegance. Summer at Aman Rosa Alpina is defined by a bright, vibrant energy and outdoor dining experiences. You will ensure that every service—from breakfast on the terrace to sophisticated dinners—is executed with the signature Aman precision, warmth, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Summer Service Leadership: Manage the daily flow of the dining room and outdoor terraces, ensuring peak performance during the busy summer months.
- Team Guidance: Supervise and inspire a seasonal team, ensuring quick integration and adherence to Aman’s world‑class service standards.
- Guest Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for international guests, providing expert advice on our seasonal menus and local ingredients.
- Seamless Coordination: Oversee the "mise-en-place" for both indoor and outdoor settings, adapting quickly to weather changes to maintain an uninterrupted guest experience.
