We areseekinga talented and highly capable Lead Video Producer & Editor to take ownership of our brand's visual identity across our YouTube channel and Instagram. We need a versatile creative professional who can seamlessly transition between shooting dynamic footage, executing sophisticated edits, and providing clear creative direction to our external agency partners.
The Role
You will own the visual identity of our brand across our core video platforms. You are expected to be an absolute pro in the editing bay, behind the camera, and in project management.
- Sophisticated Editing: You understand pacing, storytelling, and retention. You can cut high-end, long-form YouTube content and punchy, viral vertical video. You also know how to leverage modern AI tools to 10x your workflow and eliminate tedious tasks.
- Agency Management: You won't be doing everything yourself. You will manage two external agencies that handle the bulk of our physical production. You are the conductor—providing strict creative direction, clear briefs, and uncompromising feedback.
- Masterful Shooting (Production): When you do need to get behind the camera, you know exactly what you're doing. You are highly capable with modern camera gear, lighting, and audio capture.
- Brand Guidelines: You will internalize our brand's voice and visual style, ensuring every single piece of content—whether produced by you or our agencies—feels distinctly like us.

- Highly Organized: You expertly manage large volumes of raw footage, coordinate multiple agency deliverables, and meet strict publishing deadlines without letting anything slip through the cracks.
- Excellent English: Your written communication is flawless. Whether you are scripting a video, writing an agency brief, or reviewing on-screen text, your grammar and clarity are impeccable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Mastery of professional editing software (Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and a strong command of modern AI video tools.
- Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or agencies is a massive plus.
- A portfolio that proves you understand both YouTube and vertical video mechanics.
