Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Ownership , d rive the national tax strategy with full accountability by leading and fostering a culture of ownership , collaboration , and continuous improvement .
• Tax Advisory & Business Partnering , s erve as the primary advisor to business leaders by shaping tax‑efficient cross‑border structures, guiding transactions, restructurings, new business models, and M&A, and translating complex tax matters into clear, actionable guidance for confident decision‑making.
• C ompliance, Reporting & Accounting , Ensure timely and accurate management of all local tax filings, provisions, and close processes under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Stakeholder Management , Partner strategically with key stakeholders and external advisors to represent tax confidently and drive aligned , high‑quality outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with IFRS tax reporting and provisioning .
• Solid understanding of SAP and tax‑relevant processes .
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and operational insight .
• Exceptional analytical , problem‑solving , and communication skills .
• Confident in a matrix environment ; high ownership and accountability .
• Data‑ driven mindset with a passion for digitalization and continuous improvement .
