We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain Applications to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions supporting our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, compliance and regulatory, ensuring operational excellence, and driving digital transformation across procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution systems.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of supply chain application platforms (WMS, TMS, forecasting tools).
- Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of supply chain systems.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance supply chain capabilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of application specialists, analysts, and project managers.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
- 8+ years of experience in IT roles with a focus on supply chain systems, including at least 3 years in a leadership position;
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes;
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in English;
