Head of Sports – Multidisciplinary Campus

Role
We are looking for a Head of Sports to lead and coordinate all sports activities and clubs within our Campus. This role will serve as the main point of reference for students, athletes, and staff, ensuring the quality, innovation, and growth of all sports projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all Campus sports clubs and activities.
- Design and implement tailored athletic training programs for students and athletes.
- Plan and manage sports projects, events, tournaments, and partnerships with external organizations.
- Develop strategies for new sports initiatives in collaboration with the Campus Management.
- Lead the training and professional development of the coaching staff.
- Monitor performance, promote well-being, and foster a strong sports culture across the Campus.
Requirements
- Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an athletic trainer and/or sports manager.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for sports and motivation to work with young athletes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
