Job Description

Head of Sales South Europe – eInfochips, part of Arrow Electronics, is a global technology provider specializing in product engineering and software R&D services. Role & Responsibilities

  • Independent contributor with future team leadership potential.
  • Prospect and grow large accounts to provide annuity‑based engineering services.
  • Engage customers in Embedded, Software, and Digital services space.
  • Expand revenue with existing clients and design centers in the western region outside the Bay Area.
  • Run complete sales process: initial communication, on‑site presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal signing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build an optimal sales pipeline through prospecting and sales process goals.
  • Develop strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5–15 years of direct Digital and Embedded engineering services sales experience with large enterprise clients.
  • B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering.
  • MBA (desirable).
  • Track record of achieving sales quota of 5–10 M+ and large account management.
  • Proactive prospecting in new and existing customer bases.
  • Strong relationship building with director and VP engineering management.
  • Experience with offshore services in Hi‑Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial, and Mobility domains and cross‑global cultural adaptability.
  • Technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering and consultative selling.
  • Experience managing a sales team; inside sales team preference.
  • Fluency in French and English; Italian language skills nice to have.
  • Business travel availability – 30% travel in France, Italy, and Spain.
