We’re supporting a global engineering leader in the search for a senior commercial leader to head up its industrial refrigeration sales and service business in Italy .


This is a high-impact role with full P&L ownership , offering the opportunity to shape strategy, lead a team, and drive growth across a key European market.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading all sales and service activity across Italy, driving both new equipment and aftermarket growth , while strengthening relationships with key customers and expanding market presence.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing a regional sales & service team
  • Owning and delivering P&L performance across the Italian business
  • Defining and executing sales strategy to drive growth and profitability
  • Building and managing key customer relationships
  • Overseeing the full sales lifecycle – from opportunity through to delivery and aftersales
  • Driving market expansion and increasing coverage of the installed base
  • Setting and tracking KPIs, pricing strategy and commercial performance
  • Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations and service teams
  • Feeding market insights back into product and service development


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or engineered solutions
  • Proven track record leading sales teams with P&L responsibility
  • Ability to drive profitable growth and strategic market expansion
  • Strong commercial acumen across pricing, contracts and complex projects
  • Experience working within a matrix/global organisation
  • Fluent Italian and English
