Overview

We are looking for a curious and performing Head of Sales based in Madrid who guides and supports the sales team and is responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior decision-makers at enterprise companies to position Contents’ value
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, closing, and upselling
  • Identify client needs and collaborate internally to shape custom solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation
  • Nurture and expand relationships with key accounts
  • Stay aligned with trends in eCommerce, digital marketing, SaaS and content operations
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales processes and go-to-market strategy

Join Us If

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, cloud, marketing technology, or eCommerce solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven and client-obsessed
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing workflows, content governance, and SaaS models
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to build business cases and support client decisions
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish, with an excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Experience managing or mentoring a commercial team is a strong plus
