As Head of Sales for Italy, you will lead the field-based sales network across local brands, shaping strategy and developing capabilities to boost sales impact. You’ll coach Sales Leads and partner with Brand and Functional leads to ensure a best-in-class customer journey. The role demands integrity, compliance, and collaboration to align with our patient-centric mission. You’ll operate in a hybrid model, driving performance while developing talent and guiding cross-functional efforts to meet ambitious targets.

- Lead development, communication, and execution of affiliate sales strategy
- Achieve affiliate sales goals aligned with KPIs, with KPI tracking in collaboration with Operational Excellence
- Monitor Brand Sales teams and define executional needs, course-correcting with Brand Sales Leads
- Optimize Field Force operations and foster a performance-driven culture
- Drive matrix-level collaboration to ensure customer engagement
- Model collaborative working, sharing best practices across the business
- Lead Field Force talent management in coordination with HR
- Experience in customer-focused, multi-disciplinary, matrix, and cross-cultural settings
- Proven planning, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Strong compliance expertise with knowledge of industry laws and regulations
- Coaching and collaboration skills to work with all levels of personnel
- Proven ability to develop and enable high-performance teams and knowledge sharing
- Ability to influence and engage diverse senior stakeholders
