Your daily activities will combine strategic planning, team leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.Minimum 8 years of experience within pharmaceutical sector, with a proven record of leadership and commercial success. Experience leading managers or national sales teams within a matrix organization.
