Your Profile
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience within fintech, payments, or digital banking.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex, high-value deals.
- Leadership experience in building and scaling sales teams in Italy.
- Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing long sales cycles.
- Native or fluent in Italian (C1 or higher) and English .

About The Role
Vivid Money is redefining SME banking across Europe. We provide seamless financial tools, competitive FX rates, high-interest savings, and smart banking solutions in one platform.
As we expand in Europe, we seek a Head of Sales – Italy to lead growth, build a high-performing team, and expand our presence in the Italian SME market.
Your Mission
- Own Vivid’s sales growth in Italy, developing tailored market strategies for SMEs.
- Lead, hire, train, and scale the sales team as revenue increases.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closing and account management.
- Launch localized, multi-channel campaigns with marketing and product teams to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Engage with senior decision-makers in client organizations to close high-value deals.
- Use data to improve conversion rates, sales efficiency, and customer retention.
