Your tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for the further expansion of business activities in Italy with a direct reporting line to the German headquarter
  • Establishment, development and later on management of a sales team in Italy
  • Independent development and maintenance of business contacts in the area of Trade and Distribution partners
  • Development and support of direct customers from the industrial and OEM sectors
  • Independently carrying out product presentations and contract negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Carrying out market and potential analyses for the applications of the group‘s products in new markets
  • Pricing strategy in cooperation with product management and Global Sales
  • Participation in relevant trade fairs and events



Your background:


  • Completed technical or business studies or practical career with relevant professional experience
  • Relevant experience in sales management in a technically complex environment, ideally within industrial measurement technology, hydraulics, pumps, gears, motors, valves, sensors, etc.
  • Totally independent way of working
  • Empathetic leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong affinity for technical details
  • Fluent in English and Italian
