We are seeking, on behalf of our client—a multinational company in the dental sector launching operations in Italy— a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for sales activities in Italy, including field sales and internal sales/events
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the Italian sales team
- Active support for key accounts, distributors, and dental practices
- Achievement of sales targets and results in Italy
- Implementation of strategic sales initiatives for dental products
- Collaboration with headquarters and cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, quality, finance)
- Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis
Requirements
- Several years of sales and management experience in the dental industry
- Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership
- In‑depth knowledge of the Italian dental market (dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, distributors)
- Experience managing both internal and external sales teams
