We are seeking, on behalf of our client—a multinational company in the dental sector launching operations in Italy— a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for sales activities in Italy, including field sales and internal sales/events
  • Leadership, motivation, and development of the Italian sales team
  • Active support for key accounts, distributors, and dental practices
  • Achievement of sales targets and results in Italy
  • Implementation of strategic sales initiatives for dental products
  • Collaboration with headquarters and cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, quality, finance)
  • Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis

Requirements

  • Several years of sales and management experience in the dental industry
  • Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Italian dental market (dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, distributors)
  • Experience managing both internal and external sales teams
