Head of Sales (Europe) – Remote
Contract position!
English = mandatory, any other languages - will be advantage.
We are partnering with a fast-growing international tech company that develops cutting-edge VR and AI training solutions for global enterprises in aviation, manufacturing, logistics, and other high-tech industries.
Their innovative platform transforms how companies train, upskill, and prepare their workforce for safety-critical and precision-driven roles.
About the Role
The role is focused on leading business growth and scaling the European sales function for an international tech company expanding across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a European sales strategy to accelerate growth.
- Build, lead, and expand an international sales team.
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and reporting.
- Drive complex enterprise negotiations and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Establish KPIs, best practices, and enablement frameworks to ensure consistent success.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of success in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, VR / AI, HRTech, EdTech, or similar).
- Proven track record in building and scaling international sales teams.
- Strong experience in long-cycle enterprise sales (3–9 months) and C-level negotiations.
- Fluent English, German highly desirable.
- Strategic mindset, consultative approach, and excellent leadership skills.
