We are hiring a Head of Sales  to lead and scale the commercial function at Mediazione Italia S.r.l.  — a fast-growing digital agency focused on performance, automation, and scalable content systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role  for someone who doesn’t just manage sales — but drives revenue personally and builds a system around it .



What you will own


  • Full responsibility for revenue and margin targets
  • Sales pipeline & CRM management  (structure, forecasting, reporting)
  • Closing high-value deals personally
  • Conversion rate optimization  across the funnel
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing sales team
  • Direct collaboration with the Founder  on growth strategy
  • Identifying new market opportunities and scalable offers



What we’re looking for


  • 1–2+ years as Head of Sales / Sales Lead in an agency
  • Strong background in selling services (not products)
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket deals
  • Data-driven mindset  (KPIs, funnel metrics, CAC, conversion)
  • Experience in selling AI services.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Languages: Italian + English required | Russian is a strong plus
