We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale the commercial function at Mediazione Italia S.r.l. — a fast-growing digital agency focused on performance, automation, and scalable content systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who doesn’t just manage sales — but drives revenue personally and builds a system around it .
What you will own
- Full responsibility for revenue and margin targets
- Sales pipeline & CRM management (structure, forecasting, reporting)
- Closing high-value deals personally
- Conversion rate optimization across the funnel
- Building and mentoring a high-performing sales team
- Direct collaboration with the Founder on growth strategy
- Identifying new market opportunities and scalable offers
What we’re looking for
- 1–2+ years as Head of Sales / Sales Lead in an agency
- Strong background in selling services (not products)
- Proven ability to close high-ticket deals
- Data-driven mindset (KPIs, funnel metrics, CAC, conversion)
- Experience in selling AI services.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Languages: Italian + English required | Russian is a strong plus
