Zweck der Stelle

The Head of Sales Center IT is responsible for the sales performance and business development of Kistler products in the assigned countries. This includes managing various strategic business fields. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Region West.

Dein typischer Tag

  1. Responsibility for all operational business in the assigned countries, especially sales activities according to budget and yearly planning (including trade fairs, promotional campaigns, etc.)
  2. Heading the office KIT and managing all staff.
  3. Meeting defined sales targets and KPIs in the sales territory.
  4. Developing and implementing a sales strategy in conjunction with regional management.
  5. Maintaining active contact with major customers.
  6. Increasing marketing activities and Kistler visibility in the local market.
  7. Gathering and sharing information about local competitors and their strategies.
  8. Business planning, including annual budget setting and quarterly financial reviews with the Board of Directors.
  9. Controlling costs and financial metrics such as CM %, DSO, and profitability.
  10. Implementing service activities to ensure monthly booking and billing.
  11. Managing the sales process and guiding local staff; evaluating territory performance and managing deviations to meet targets.
  12. Visiting and communicating with key customers/OEMs regarding pricing, delivery, or technical issues.
  13. Establishing planning and implementation schedules for sales activities and responsibilities.
  14. Conducting monthly sales and project reviews with staff and reporting results.
  15. Organizing quarterly sales review meetings and coordinating staff training with HQ resources.
  16. Participating in MTP and forecasting activities with local department heads.
  17. Managing 4-5 key accounts directly.
  18. Engaging in regional activities and being part of the regional management team.
  19. Actively networking within local industrial associations.

Dein Profil

  • Engineer with technical, managerial, and marketing education.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities, with potential for general management.
  • Strategic thinker and proactive executor.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with personal computers.
  • Reliable, optimistic, self-motivated, creative, and disciplined.
  • Willingness to travel and commitment to developing new key customers.
  • Supportive of management strategies to achieve global results.
  • Valid B class driving license with a clean record.
  • Language skills: English and Italian at C1 or C2 level; German is a plus.
  • Residence near the office required.
