We are seeking a strategic Head of Sales & Business Development to lead the growth of our Architecture division across the EMEA region. Reporting to the SVP of Architecture & Product Design, you will be responsible for securing iconic international projects, expanding our client portfolio, and positioning the brand as a transformative leader in luxury and tech-driven architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Secure high-value contracts from lead identification to final negotiation.
- C‑Suite Networking: Build and manage relationships with developers, institutional investors, and global decision‑makers.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with the Design Team to create bespoke commercial proposals and competitive business strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify emerging trends in the EMEA real‑estate market.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing/PR to enhance brand visibility and oversee CRM management/reporting in alignment with Finance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development for architecture firms, strategic consulting, or luxury Real Estate.
- Proven track record in generating high‑quality leads and hitting revenue targets.
- Expertise in sales techniques, financial reporting, and long‑term strategic planning.
- Passion for innovation, design thinking, and the future of architectural technology.
- Preferred, native level English (written/verbal); a second language is a plus.
- Proactive & methodical: results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Availability for frequent international travel.
