We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to drive growth across international markets. This role will shape and activate the brand vision, creating compelling, effective campaigns across consumer touchpoints to increase brand penetration and market presence.
Reporting to the European Director, the role is responsible for both short- and long-term performance, measured by market share and revenue growth, as well as strengthening consumer engagement. This position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, senior commercial leaders, R&D, and other members of the leadership team.
Primary responsibilities include leading brand strategy, the innovation roadmap, and the delivery of the annual strategic planning process.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Define brand positioning and strategy to deliver ambitious growth across Europe, and translate long-term plans into annual local brand plans.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to assess brand performance, identify root causes for results, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Evaluate future market opportunities, category and channel approaches, and pricing strategies.
Insight
- Use consumer, shopper, and customer insights to inform brand strategies, plans, and campaigns.
- Stay ahead of competitor activity and industry trends to strengthen market position.
Campaigns
- Create impactful and disruptive brand communications across the consumer journey with best-in-class execution.
- Lead the innovation agenda and roadmap in line with brand positioning to unlock future growth.
- Oversee end-to-end product development to deliver superior product experiences that meet and exceed consumer needs.
Leadership
- Coach and develop a team of marketers, and lead cross-functional teams across media, digital, innovation, revenue growth, and portfolio management.
- Own the marketing budget to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- Blend of strategic insight, creative leadership, and the ability to execute at pace in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience leading regional brands and building clear, compelling strategic plans across the full marketing mix.
- Proven success managing marketing programs, communications, and media relations.
- Experience managing direct and indirect reports within a matrix organization.
- Strong background working with creative and media agencies, from briefing through execution and evaluation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and motivated, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong mix of creative and analytical skills, including financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Personal Care, Beauty, or related industries preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is an advantage.

- Manages direct and indirect reports
- Collaborates with marketing, digital, R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams across multiple hubs
- International travel required to support teams in different markets
