Position:

• We are currently looking for a Head Of Regional Finance Iberia & USA (M/F/d)
• Flexible working location across Italy
• This role reports to the Divisional CFO and will collaborate closely with the Regional General Manager. It involves driving financial plans, risk management, and investment strategies.

Moreover, the resource will supervise and coordinate regional administrative and planning & controlling activities across all legal entities and countries in the region, providing guidance to regional FP&A and accounting teams following group guidelines.

Main Tasks:

• Supervise the monthly closing process for all legal entities and countries in the region
• Ensure books are closed accurately and timely
• Supervise local and regional financial planning and analysis teams in forecasting and budgeting
• Set annual business targets in line with group guidelines and collaborate with regional and local business units
• Prepare financial statements compliant with local and group GAAP, including reports and dashboards for management review
• Coordinate regional and local administrative and planning activities
• Oversee month-end journals and administrative teams
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
• Supervise working capital and pricing analysis
• Validate sales related to revenue accounting models and policies
