As Head of Rare Logistics, you will lead the global logistics network for Rare Disease, ensuring compliant, patient-centric delivery across complex, low-volume supply chains. You’ll own orchestration and governance of external providers, aligning logistics with planning, supply, and commercial priorities. You will drive end-to-end optimization, risk management, and regulatory compliance while building a high-performing Rare Disease logistics organization. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven, sustainability-focused global company.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize the global RD logistics strategy to create a resilient, patient-centric network
• Serve as the single orchestration point across the RD logistics ecosystem and align with planning and commercial
• Own selection, governance, and performance management of all logistics providers with SLAs and KPIs
• Establish and lead a Global Logistics Control Tower and proactively mitigate risks
• Ensure GDP/compliance standards across all logistics activities
• Guarantee on-time, in-full delivery of patient-critical therapies
• Build and lead a high-performing Rare Disease logistics organization

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of pharma/biotech logistics experience
• Fluent English
• Strong track record managing global logistics networks and external providers
• Expertise in cold chain and specialty distribution
• Deep knowledge of GDP
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
