Head of Propulsion Systems Engineering

A leading automotive manufacturer in Turin is seeking a Propulsion System Chief Engineer to manage all technical aspects of propulsion systems projects. Responsibilities include making key technical decisions, ensuring quality, cost, timing, and performance targets, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or Physics and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an international environment are essential. Fluency in English is required.
