Head of Project Management - Real Estate

We seek a senior executive to oversee the Project & Development Management business unit of a top global real estate advisory firm. This strategic role requires an expert with extensive experience managing complex developments and advising across various asset classes. The ideal candidate has over 20 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a robust network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Project & Development Management team, managing advising and development projects for institutional clients across multiple asset classes;
• Serve as a strategic liaison for clients and internal teams, ensuring quality delivery and fostering long-term relationships;
• Represent the company in negotiations, steering groups, and business development efforts;
• Maintain full control over project governance, budgeting, planning, and execution, aligning with client objectives, regulations, and quality standards;
• Enhance team performance through talent development, process improvements, and organizational leadership;
• Contribute to the firm's market positioning and growth by establishing a strong industry presence and credibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years in Project Management, preferably within leading real estate advisory, investment, or development firms;
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and strategic advisory mandates both nationally and internationally;
• Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with experience in multicultural environments;
• Deep understanding of real estate markets, regulations, and construction processes;
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; postgraduate qualifications preferred;
• Fluent in English and Italian; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
