Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the new production facility, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effective operations. You will drive process improvements and strategic planning while fostering a zero-incident SHE culture. You’ll guide ramp-up activities and KPI-driven performance to meet production targets. The position sits at the heart of a science-led, sustainability-focused company shaping the future of food experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role with broad cross-functional impact and growth opportunities.

Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Oversee plant operations including planning, production, logistics, maintenance, and sampling to meet financial and operational targets.
  • Build and lead a motivated plant community aligned with core values.

  • Lead the deployment of Continuous Improvement/Lean principles across the value chain.

Responsabilità

  • Master’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Management Engineering, or Food Technology (or related field).
  • 10+ years of plant leadership experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or related environments; 8+ years of people management.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001/14001; familiarity with safety regulations (d.Lgs 9 April 2008, n. 81).
  • Cross‑functional leadership with influencing and communication abilities.
  • Analytical and modeling skills with ability to teach others.
  • Experience deploying systematic improvements and organizational capabilities.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
