With a cult following of high-net-worth clients and rapid growth across the GCC, we are now building the next phase of the business: a fully scalable, global made-on-demand production system, paired with a new retail experience.

This role is not about maintaining a system.

It is about building one that doesn’t yet exist.

The Role

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial operator to take full ownership of production, supply chain, and atelier operations.

You will design, build, and scale a made-to-order model capable of handling hundreds of custom garments per month, without compromising speed, quality, or craftsmanship.

You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to turn production into a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

1. Building the Made-To-Order Engine

• Own the full production lifecycle from order to delivery
• Design and implement systems to consistently deliver within 5–8 working days
• Build scalable workflows for high-volume made-to-order production
• Introduce structure where needed, but remain agile and solutions-driven

2. Factory & Supply Chain Strategy

• Identify, test, and onboard manufacturing partners capable of MTO production
• Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term partnerships
• Stress test factories for scale, speed, and quality
• Develop backup supplier networks

3. Atelier & Team Build-Out (Dubai)

• Build and lead the in-house atelier (pattern cutters, tailors, freelancers)
• Define hiring standards and test processes for technical roles
• Implement best-in-class construction, fitting, and finishing standards
• Ensure seamless collaboration between design and production

4. Systems & Infrastructure

• Own implementation of production systems (ERP / manufacturing portal)
• Build production trackers, dashboards, and real-time visibility
• Document processes clearly (factory handbook, SOPs, workflows)
• Continuously improve efficiency, cost, and lead time

5. Quality, Cost & Performance

• Maintain exceptional quality across all garments
• Control production costs without compromising product integrity
• Track KPIs across delivery times, defect rates, and margins

What Success Looks Like

• A fully operational MTO system delivering within 5–8 working days
• Ability to scale to 700+ made-to-order pieces per month
• A high-performing atelier team in Dubai
• Reliable factory network with built-in redundancy
• Production becomes a key driver of growth , not a constraint

Requirements

• Strong experience in luxury or high-end fashion production
• Proven track record managing complex supply chains
• Experience with made-to-order, small-batch, or agile production models
• Experience building or scaling teams
• Strong negotiation and factory sourcing experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Zedonk, Odoo, etc.)
• Willingness to relocate
