What We Would Like You To Take Care Of

• Defining the product strategy: lead the vision and roadmap of the product, collaborating with internal teams & external partners to ensure the platform meets user needs and business objectives.


• Managing the product lifecycle: oversee all stages of development, from gathering requirements to final delivery, ensuring each new feature provides business value & meets user expectations.


• Functional development & continuous improvement: write user stories, functional specifications & clear acceptance criteria; work with the development team to implement new features & continuously improve the user experience.


• Managing the backlog: organize, prioritize & manage the product backlog, ensuring features are developed efficiently & in line with business priorities.


• Collaborating with technical teams: work closely with the engineering team to ensure the platform is scalable, secure & capable of handling high traffic & data volumes, optimizing workflow efficiency.


• Analyzing & improving performance: analyze product performance, gather data & feedback to identify areas of improvement & implement solutions that enhance the platform’s overall effectiveness.


• Security & compliance: manage data security, user privacy & regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR), ensuring the platform is secure & adheres to international standards.


• Managing stakeholder relationships: collaborate with various company departments & external partners to gather feedback, ensure needs are met & facilitate continuous platform improvement.

What We Wish You’d Bring With

• Experience in the digital sector – at least 5 years as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in digital platforms, complex technologies or large‑volume data & traffic environments.


• Expertise in scalable platforms – experience managing technological platforms focused on scalability, security & performance, ensuring optimal user experience.


• Knowledge of Agile methodologies – experience using Agile to manage complex projects & implement new features quickly.


• Analytical skills – ability to use data to analyse & optimise platform performance, with a strong focus on achieving high‑quality results.


• Communication & leadership – excellent communication skills in Italian & English (C1), ability to collaborate with technical, marketing & operations teams & external stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities & motivate the team toward common goals.


• Results‑oriented mindset – practical, results‑driven approach with the ability to make quick decisions to continuously improve the platform.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in large‑scale project management.


• Previous experience abroad.


• Experience working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
