Responsibilities

• The Global Product Manager plays a crucial role in managing and evolving Cavotec’s Connector portfolio. Driving product development and improvements
• Supporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activities
• Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams.
• Monitor product performance metrics, including quality, profitability, and turnover.
• Create Sales collateral and promotional content
• Train sales team and channels on product knowledge and applications.

Qualifications

• MSc in Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
• ~ 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or business development.
• ~ Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
• ~ Travel Requirement: Up to 30% travel, primarily within Europe, with potential global engagements.
