Head of Product Design (Remote)

We are seeking a passionate Head of Product Design to join our Design Team.

This role involves overseeing projects, managing the team, collaborating with stakeholders, and reporting directly to the Chief Design Officer. You will be responsible for leading our Product Design Team in creating and launching products, services, and businesses. Additionally, you will focus on advancing our design approach, improving processes, fostering our culture, supporting and coaching team members, and inspiring the broader organization.

You are a collaborative and innovative leader with a balance of creative vision, talent for crafting solutions, business insight, SaaS marketplace experience, and the ability to drive action. You care about making an impact and pushing boundaries.

• You will be responsible for
• Managing the team that designs Treatwell’s product experiences and interfaces across multiple products
• Growing the team to meet business and employee development needs
• Inspiring, motivating, and leading senior designers to excel
• Collaborating closely with Product Management, Product Engineering, and senior leadership to deliver impactful work
• Overseeing all aspects of product design development, including strategic collaboration with Product Managers, Heads of Product, and stakeholders
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent identity, look, feel, and user experience

• 12+ years of people management experience
• 8+ years in a Head of Product Design or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative approach
