Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management

This director-level opportunity places you at the helm of a dynamic private banking division, where you will define and execute the strategic vision for AUM growth, wealth management product development, and HNW/UHNW client portfolio management. Operating under a hybrid work model, you will assume full P&L ownership while ensuring rigorous adherence to MiFID II regulatory requirements and the highest standards of client service.

As the division leader, your core responsibilities will encompass driving sustainable AUM expansion through targeted business development initiatives, overseeing a comprehensive suite of investment products spanning equities, fixed income, alternatives, and structured products, and cultivating long-term relationships with high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of private bankers and wealth advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centricity.

Family office advisory and succession-planning experience (structuring trusts, intergenerational wealth transfers) Deep expertise in ESG/impact investing and EU sustainable-finance frameworks (SFDR integration into product offerings) Proven track record in digital wealth transformation and fintech partnerships (digital onboarding, CRM integration, robo/advisory platforms) Cross-border tax, estate-planning and trust-structuring knowledge for UHNW clients across key jurisdictions Established UHNW/intermediary relationship network in Italy/Switzerland/Middle East and bilingual fluency (Italian and English)
