Job Purpose

Manage strategy and relations with talent for promotional purposes, including actors, models, musicians, directors, influencers, artists, photographers, art directors, key editors, stylists, and representatives of tech companies (e.g., Meta, TikTok).

The Head of Prada Talent Relations works directly with the Talent Relations and Special Projects Director. This role is within the Communication Department and collaborates with the Prada Celebrity Team, Public Relations, Image Events, Content Production, Retail, Marketing, Analytics, and Creative Directors. Coordination with regional Marketing & PR teams is also required to define global, regional, and local communication strategies related to Talent Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets, recommending spending priorities to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain relations with talent and their agencies globally.
  • Coordinate with foreign affiliates’ communication offices to monitor local talent contacts, ensuring alignment with HQ targets.
  • Monitor sectors of interest for emerging talents suitable for Prada, securing brand ambassadors, campaign talents, and celebrity dressing opportunities.
  • Coordinate lists and travel arrangements for events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on contract drafting.
  • Work with social media teams on influencer and content creator strategies across channels.
  • Manage talent product orders for seedings and promotions worldwide, overseeing order processing, delivery, and shipping activities.
  • Manage social media influencer team and oversee KPIs.
  • Draft monthly reports with internal teams and suppliers.

Knowledge and Skills

Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

At least 10 years of hands-on experience in talent relations.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with leadership capabilities.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and execute rigorously.

Proven team leadership and management skills.
