You will be a visible, trusted partner to your team, coaching, developing, and championing their growth while simultaneously driving substantial process improvement and automation initiatives. You will apply creative thinking, leverage agentic and GenAI solutions, and actively challenge the status quo to unlock new levels of efficiency and scale. This is a global role requiring strong cross‑cultural communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust with senior stakeholders across all Amazon retail geographies. The role is based in Bangalore.

- Innovation & Automation: Act as the "AI Accelerator for Payments" by driving adoption of agentic, GenAI, and automation solutions to increase efficiency.
- Cross‑Functional Influence: Lead by influence across multiple organizations and geographies, delivering cross‑functional, international projects from conception through launch.

- Stakeholder Partnership: Build trusted relationships with worldwide Payments business partners, aligning on KPIs, defining new metrics, and communicating team performance clearly and proactively—including senior stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
- Foster Inclusion & Belonging: Build a team culture grounded in psychological safety, where diverse perspectives are actively sought and celebrated.
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Establish plans to address capacity needs related to peak volume fluctuations across business operations, marketing, and supply chain; lead proposal presentations to influence organizational resource planning across multiple organizations.
A Day in the Life
You start your day connecting with your team—checking in on priorities, unblocking issues, and ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver. You connect with worldwide Payments partners to identify processes that can be centralized, automated, or scaled through the team. In meetings you represent your team’s work to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence, translating operational complexity into concise narratives and data‑backed recommendations. You set high standards, coach, provide feedback, and recognize your team’s achievements. You bring curiosity and creativity to every problem, whether that means piloting a new GenAI solution, redesigning a workflow, or finding a smarter way to serve an internal customer, all while building a team culture where people feel seen, supported, and proud of their work.
