Responsibilities

  • Application ofthe HR strategy aligning with Group guidelines and local business needs
  • People management, organizational design, and change management processes.
  • Management of industrial relations, ensuring full compliance with labor law and collective agreements
  • Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning processes.
  • Ensure proper management of compensation & benefits policies and incentive system
  • HR planning activities, including headcount planning, workforce budgeting, and analysis of staffing needs aligned with business forecasts and operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience in senior HR roles within complex industrial and multinational environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of English Language
  • Proven expertise in industrial relations management
  • Analytical skills and ability to manage HR data and reporting
  • People Management

Availability to travel to Moulded Glass Plants, in Bergantino (RO), in San Vito al Tagliamento (PN), and to Parma.

Compensation package

60.000€ - 80.000€ + bonus and benefits
