Head of Operations & Supply Chain | Hybrid Work | Permanent Contract | Marsciano (PG)

At Sonnect , we create smart, portable tools for audio professionals working in live sound, broadcast, and studio environments.

Born from real-world experience, our mission is to simplify audio workflows with reliable, well-crafted devices — like our flagship product, the Sound Bullet , trusted by the worldwide audio community.

We design and assemble everything in Italy, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Now, as we scale up globally, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for audio and can help us take our operations and production to the next level.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a central role in coordinating production, suppliers, internal teams, and strategic development. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Production & Supply Chain Management
    • Oversee and optimize the production cycle, reducing costs and time-to-market
    • Manage suppliers and manufacturers, reducing dependence on intermediaries
    • Plan and monitor material purchases to avoid urgent needs and ensure cashflow stability
    • Introduce and improve QA/QC (quality control) processes
    • Coordinate warehouse organization and optimize logistics
  • Internal Coordination & Business Processes
    • Harmonize operational workflows across departments, ensuring consistency and efficiency
    • Automate and delegate low-value tasks
    • Monitor company goals: growth, margins, team well-being, customer satisfaction
    • Act as a cross-functional point of reference for teams
  • HR & Administration
    • Support HR management: documentation, contracts, administrative tasks
    • Foster a healthy, efficient, and sustainable work environment
    • Manage the operational budget and allocate resources strategically
  • External Relations & Projects
    • Be the main point of contact for suppliers and external partners
    • Introduce funding strategies for more ambitious projects
    • Assist in financial planning and cashflow management

Who We’re Looking For

We need an autonomous, results-driven person with a strategic vision and operational expertise.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Project Management)
  • Proven ability to optimize processes, coordinate teams, and solve problems
  • Experience managing suppliers, procurement, and logistics
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, and practical mindset
  • Experience in HR, administration, or quality (QA/QC) is a plus
