With offices in Milan and Berlin, our diverse team of 20+ nationalities serves banks, FinTechs, and credit brokers across Europe. Founded in 2021, we have raised €8 M and are expanding our intelligent document processing and transaction analysis solutions across Italy, Germany, the UK, and the USA.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations across the client portfolio, including reporting, support, change requests, and account management.
- Oversee and manage proof‑of‑concepts, new client launches, and integrations.
- Oversee and manage certifications, penetration tests, and contract renewal processes.
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs, processes, and scalability.
- Lead the Operations teams.
- Partner with the Founders to define the operational roadmap.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and innovation across the company.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience with a track record in operational leadership roles within FinTech or banking, preferably in startups or consulting.
- A hands‑on problem solver who enjoys finding efficient ways to improve processes and, where possible, automating them using no‑code and low‑code tools.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking; ability to frame challenges clearly when engaging with stakeholders and reimagine existing processes to drive efficiency.
- A quantitative mindset with solid proficiency in spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Excel.
- A true team player who values deep focus time yet thrives on collaboration and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and curious, continuously eager to learn and improve.
- A hunter mindset: resourceful, persistent, and always able to find a way forward.
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
Success in this Role Means
After 3 months: established credibility and trust within the team and stakeholders, learned current processes, diagnosed challenges and improvements, and drafted a clear operational roadmap.
After 6 months: drove measurable improvements, scaled processes, demonstrated leadership impact, and positioned yourself as a trusted operational leader and close partner to the founders.
